We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and driven Human Resources Officer to join a team of experienced professionals, reporting directly to the HR Manager and supporting a growing HR function. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a dynamic and people-focused environment.


Responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution in line with company policies, and overseeing the full recruitment cycle from job postings to onboarding.

You will support onboarding processes, including inductions and probation reviews, while maintaining accurate and confidential HR records. The role also involves drafting HR policies and procedures, liaising with internal teams and authorities, and ensuring timely coordination with payroll. You will assist in performance management processes, including KPI tracking, and coordinate training and development initiatives. Supporting employee engagement activities, wellbeing initiatives, and assisting with HR reporting and analytics will also form part of your responsibilities. You will also provide support on employee relations matters, helping to address and resolve workplace issues professionally.

Applicants should hold a minimum A’ Level qualification, have at least one year of HR experience, and possess knowledge of Maltese employment law.
