We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal to join a well-established financial services institution in Malta.
As the Head of Legal, you will lead the delivery of high-quality legal services. You will be involved in negotiating and drafting key business agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The role requires proactive engagement with various stakeholders to advise on legal implications of company strategies and decisions.
The ideal candidate must be warranted in Malta with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or working in a senior legal position within the financial services sector. The role demands excellent negotiation and communication skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
