Are you a strategic procurement professional with a passion for driving value, building strong supplier partnerships, and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking an experienced Group Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across our diverse business operations and play a key role in supporting the organisation's continued growth and success.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that deliver commercial value, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will identify opportunities to optimise spend, strengthen supplier performance, manage procurement risk, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services that support business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and procurement initiatives. You will be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and procurement excellence.
To succeed in this role, you should have significant experience in procurement and supply chain management, including experience in a senior leadership position. A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Procurement, or a related discipline will be considered an asset, while a professional qualification such as CIPS would be highly desirable.
