We are seeking a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex legal matters in both corporate and commercial law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing expert legal advice, negotiating and drafting agreements, and managing a diverse caseload.
As a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising on a wide range of legal issues related to business operations, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, contracts, and compliance. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that all company dealings are legally sound and in compliance with current laws. Your role will also involve drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, negotiating deals, and representing the company in legal proceedings.
The successful candidate must be a warranted lawyer, with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position or related area, and exception written and spoken English skills.
