Our client are seeking a committed and professional individual to take over the Branch Secretary role. The ideal candidate will create a warm, welcoming, and informative environment for clients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the branch runs efficiently by providing administrative and logistical support to the Branch Manager and Consultants. You will be part of a friendly and dynamic team, contributing to ongoing success and growth.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the daily management and operations of the branch, providing administrative support to the Manager and team members, managing and updating property information on internal systems, and handling client and property owner enquiries related to sales, letting, and property management. You will also be expected to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional and welcoming branch environment at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a smart, mature, and pleasant personality, be hardworking and reliable, and capable of working on their own initiative. Availability to work on alternating Saturdays is also required.
